This educational initiative underscores Unica’s commitment to supporting the professional development of brokers to enhance their expertise in crucial business areas.
The inaugural 3-hour session, titled “Fundamentals in Restoration,” was hosted by Disaster Services Network (DSN). This session provided brokers with a deeper understanding of the property claims process and customer management, with particular emphasis on ethics and innovative approaches to existing practices.
