Navacord Corp. has announced a strategic partnership with Burke & Company and Orion Audit, a consulting and claims auditing firm based in Kleinburg, Ontario, effective March 1.

According to a press release, the partnership will enhance Navacord’s offerings in the benefits, financial services, and wealth planning sectors, with a specialized focus on claims and fraud analytics.

Founded in 1991, Burke & Company specializes in large businesses but works with companies of all sizes. The company has earned a reputation in the Greater Toronto Area with its cutting-edge analytics in audit, claims control, and fraud analytics.

With the deal, Burke & Company can leverage Navacord’s resources and industry presence while continuing to operate independently.

“We are proud to bring our unique value proposition to Navacord and are excited about the opportunities for scale and further growth,” he said.

“This partnership is meaningful to us because we will continue to operate our business, drive excellence, and maintain the longstanding relationships we have developed with many of our clients.”

T. Marshall Sadd, executive chairman of Navacord, highlighted the benefits of the partnership: “We are happy to welcome Burke & Orion to the Navacord group and diversify our portfolio with their exclusive audit and analytics offerings. Together, we are well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities that drive our growth in this sector.”
