DCL hit the road to engage with brokers on claims

Authored by DCL

Broker engagement is a priority for us at DCL, as we go live with the first of a new series of regional claims clinics in February, focusing on commercial motor claims.

The Direct Commercial Claims Clinics will be hosted in cities up and down the country throughout 2024, the first of which being in Manchester on 7th and 8th February. Brokers that have an agency with DCL, and claims handlers, are invited to come and meet senior members of our claims team to participate in face-to-face sessions.

Led by our Claims Director, Carl Cripps, the claims clinics are our latest initiative to further strengthen our relationships with brokers and follow the recent launch of our new portal launch to enhance services for brokers.

The face-to-face sessions offer an opportunity for us to share our insights and experiences relating to commercial motor claims and discuss any issues brokers or claims handler may need assistance in resolving.

Our Claims Director, Carl Cripps, said:

“Direct Commercial is unwavering in its commitment to enhancing broker interactions and consistently improving access to vital information. Face-to-face communication is a crucial component of this effort and we look forward to good quality conversations with our existing brokers and claims handlers.

By hitting the road and hosting the claims clinics regionally, our aim is to make our team highly accessible to brokers and claims handlers and we warmly welcome them to come and have a conversation with us. We hope the sessions will provide an opportunity to share essential guidance and provide valuable resources for brokers, particularly on the importance of roadside claims reporting.”
