2026 Fisker Rōnin

Overview

Fisker’s halo sports car is coming into focus as the Rōnin concept. The fledgling EV automaker claims it will be going into production in the second half of 2025 as a four-door convertible. Fisker says it’s aiming for high performance, both in terms of acceleration and driving range. Three electric motors are said to provide both all-wheel traction and up to 1000 horsepower. The Rōnin’s battery pack is also said to be good for up to 600 miles of driving per charge. That’s more than the current driving-range record holder, the Lucid Air, can travel on a single charge, according to the EPA. The Rōnin will use active aerodynamics and lightweight carbon construction to save weight. We will no doubt learn more about the Rōnin closer to the car’s production date, and we hope this wild-looking EV sports car will stay true to its concept.

What’s New for 2026?

The Rōnin will be a new nameplate for the Fisker brand and the company claims it’ll start production in late 2025. If that timeline holds, we expect the first ones to roll off the factory floor as 2026 model-year vehicles.

Pricing and Which One to Buy

Fisker hasn’t announced pricing for the Rōnin, but given its lofty range target and positioning as the brand’s halo car, we’re expecting a much higher starting price than the upcoming and relatively affordable Ocean and Pear SUVs.

EV Motor, Power, and Performance

While we don’t know specifics on the Rōnin’s powertrain, we do know that Fisker is planning a three-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain with 1000 horsepower and a 600-mile estimated driving range. Company CEO Henrik Fisker claims this setup should be capable of rocketing the Rōnin to 60 mph in just 2.0 seconds.
